Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Founded in 1979, Debra is very intuitive and insightful.  She is leading All Intuitive Investing Solutions, to become one of the leaders in the industry, while working within surrounding communities. Debra's top priority is to help you by using creative real estate means. 

Also working to take All Intuitive Investing Solutions to new heights.

Trained in Emerging Markets Investing. With an  Intuitive insight, a background in living within small towns, living in the city, and working with in communities,  Since 1989 Debra has rehabbed and lived in the same home, turned homes into duplexes, while living in 1 side and renting the other.  She also works in assisting Real Estate owners with short sales to help them in  their time of distress.  Debra has experienced the down falls of life and built back up she thrives on assisting others in there time of need.  Debra also works within the computer science industry.  For fun and writes children's books; check out The Puffs by May Lynn Lavezzari. She was once married but then widowed at an early age.  She puts back into the community with Meals on Wheels, Volunteering , Food banks, seeing the elderly and more.

Her Mission:

Graduating from Metropolitan State University, Debra has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Working with investors, other Realtors, REA groups, Real Estate Investing, Emerging markets, as well as, computer science and writing children's books. All Intuitive Investing  Solutions thrives to provide positive assets to the communities.
